Once you've chosen, we handle the reservations we've agreed to arrange and help you prepare for travel. You have a team to turn to for questions and assistance along the way.

If you book elsewhere after receiving our recommendations, we don't earn the commission on that reservation and generally can't manage it or resolve issues with it. If you're looking for advice or an itinerary to book yourself, ask whether a paid planning-only service is available for your trip.

Absolutely. You don't need to arrive with a hotel picked out or an itinerary planned. Tell us who's traveling, what you want to spend, and what a great vacation looks like to you. We'll help narrow the choices and explain the tradeoffs so you can make a confident decision.

We specialize in Caribbean and Mexico vacations, including luxury resorts, all-inclusive stays, honeymoons, romantic getaways, and family travel. We also plan select European vacations, with dedicated Italy expertise through Ecco Qua Travel.

Our recommendations depend on the experience you want. An all-inclusive resort, a quiet boutique hotel, and a staffed villa offer very different vacations.

For most Caribbean and Mexico vacations, we don't charge a planning or booking fee. The hotels and travel companies we book with pay us a commission. Custom itineraries and certain other services may involve a planning fee, which we explain before you commit to working with us.

We earn commissions from the hotels, resorts, and travel companies we book through. Those commissions are part of their distribution costs and don't appear as an extra charge on your reservation.

We recommend trips based on your needs, our experience, and the partners we trust to deliver. We don't book every property or work with every supplier. If something isn't a good fit, we'll tell you.

Booking with us does not automatically cost more. We often have access to negotiated rates, and many times our travel partnerships offer additional benefits or special offers.

We can review a price you've found, but we can't promise to match every offer. Room categories, cancellation terms, transfers, and other inclusions can make two seemingly identical vacations very different purchases. And we are happy to explain the rate differences to you.

Booking a room online is easy. Knowing whether it's the right room, at the right resort, for the vacation you're imagining takes more judgment.

We help you understand the differences that photos, reviews, and hotel descriptions can miss. You also have someone familiar with your reservation to contact when you have questions or something changes. Our founder brings more than 30 years of travel industry experience to that work.

Because a useful recommendation starts with understanding you. Your budget helps us suggest options you can actually consider, and the conversation helps us understand what matters most.

We'll talk about details such as beach quality, dining, atmosphere, room preferences, and how you want to spend your days. That helps us avoid sending you a list of beautiful hotels that don't suit your trip.

From there, we'll outline the next steps and any applicable planning fee, prepare recommendations, and help you choose. Before booking, we'll review the price, deposit requirements, and cancellation terms with you. Reservations are secured once the required payment is made; prices and availability can change until then.
