Planning your family’s upcoming family vacation should be a fun experience! The number of family resorts is increasing each year and with these new resorts come new water parks, kids clubs and teen entertainment. The Tropical Travelers know where to find the most exciting family retreats. Our goal is to take your family’s wish list and turn it into the best possible vacation you can imagine.

The Tropical Travelers have been around the world playing in the sand, sleeping in the beds, and eating the food. We are here to guide you to the resort which will work best for your family.

The services we provide as family travel specialists result in significant savings for our clients. We help our clients by offering in depth knowledge of hotels and by leveraging relationships with management. For example, we saved one large family over $1,000.00 just by knowing that the hotel in question has an unpublished policy of offering a family rate on connecting rooms to those who ask.

We have access to special club room / suite rates that can accommodate larger numbers and can be a better deal in the end than booking multiple rooms. These higher-end Club rooms usually come with complimentary continental breakfast and extra services which translates into real savings for larger families.    I made a spontaneous decision to go on a trip to the Caribbean and Jennifer Byrne from Tropical Travelers worked her magic to book me exactly what I wanted.    This was my second time booking with Jennifer Byrne at the The Tropical Traverlers.  I let her know exactly what me and my friends were looking for in our girls weekend get away.   As always Jen was right there to answer all of our questions.  We had an the best time.  The resort was beautiful, food was delicious and the spa was amazing.    If you're looking for travel planners who are absolute rockstars, Jennifer and Jessica are the ones to call. These two ladies seriously know their stuff, and they've got all the skills to make your dream vacation a reality.

One thing that sets Jennifer and Jessica apart is their attention to detail. They take the time to get to know you and your travel preferences, and then they use their expertise to design an itinerary that's tailored to your needs. And if you want something unique or off the beaten path, they're more than happy to suggest some amazing experiences.

Their communication skills are also top-notch. They keep you in the loop throughout the planning process, and they're always available to answer any questions you might have. Plus, if anything goes wrong during your trip, they're just a phone call away to help you out.

   I've never booked with a travel agency and I found this travel agency on social media. From beginning to end they provided exceptional services! My travel agent was Maribeth and she had excellent customer service! She was so kind and courteous in communication, very quick to respond and was able to find me the PERFECT all-inclusive resort for my birthday (Hyatt Zilara Rivera Maya). She was also able to assist with any last minute requests and also arranged transportation to and from the resort. I will book with them again!  Highly, highly recommend!

   We planned our honeymoon to Jamaica with Jenn Carr at Tropical Travelers and she was AMAZING! We had no idea where we wanted to go so we gave Jenn our budget and she put together a customized list full of great options. We chose to stay at the gorgeous Excellence Oyster Bay, and it was incredible! Jenn guided us into picking the absolute best room without breaking the bank, booked our tours and private drivers (shout out to Brad and Aaron with Reggae Tours!) to Dunn's River Falls and the Luminous Lagoon, and even suggested that we might want to try the Blue Hole, which ended up being our favorite experience. Jenn also encouraged us to add the Club Mobay VIP airport service, which we really didn't think we needed at first, but are so glad we booked—this fast tracked us through the airport once we arrived and when we departed, saving us probably at least an hour to 90 minutes in line each way. We can't recommend Jenn enough and will definitely be booking another vacation or anniversary trip with her in the future!

   Jennifer and her team were great at helping my friends and I plan a trip to Cancun. They provided many options to choose from, pros and cons of each, as well as price breakdowns so that we knew exactly what we were choosing. Once we got to the destination, everything was taken care of for us including airport transfers!    After doing hours of my own research on a Caribbean vacation destination without much success, I found Tropical Travelers online and requested their expertise for help to book our family trip for my husband, myself and our 6 and 8 year old daughters.  Based on some input on what was most important to us, Jennifer Byrne came back immediately with 3 great options, all within the specified budget.   We decided to book the trip to Dreams Macao in Punta Cana, and could have not have been more pleased with the overall experience.  Jennifer was able to secure a 'preferred access' room including butler, which ended up being a game changer and gave us access to amenities we didn't realize we needed.   We also received helpful information to prepare for the trip including tips on immigration.
Jennifer and the team have travelled personally (with kids!) to many of these destinations and she was able to offer invaluable and reliable insights into the quality of the resort (including food, atmosphere, activities for kids, etc.) that I could not reliably deduce from my hours of internet research.
