Services
- Assistance with choosing the right destination and resort within budget established by couple.
- Assistance with arranging wedding date and time at chosen resort.
- Advice on obtaining any applications or legal documents needed.
- Group website (10 rooms minimum).
- Negotiated room block at chosen hotel (10 rooms minimum).
- Travel arrangements for bride and groom (required).
- Travel arrangements for all guests.
- Travel documents emailed to all travelers.
- Updated guest lists available to couple.
- Upgraded private transfers for couple complimentary (from paid shared vehicle)
Couples Responsibilities
- Couple will work with hotel directly to plan all wedding arrangements.
- Couple will obtain or file for any necessary documentation.
- Couple will handle fees, documents and deposits necessary for wedding.
- Direct all hotel room block/travel inquiries to travel agent solely

- Recommendations for destinations and resorts are based on personal experience and professional resources.
- We only partner with hotels that exceed our expectations for weddings specifically.
- Tropical resorts do work on island time, please be patient with their response times.
Costs
$500 Destination Wedding Deposit (Non-refundable)
- Due within 7 days
- Applied towards bridal couple’s room balance at final payment.
- The wedding date must be confirmed within 6 Months of paying the deposit, or deposit is forfeited
