We just got back last night from our vacation, and I wanted to send a note of thanks. My girls both declared our stay at the Royalton as the best vacation ever. We all thought that the rooms were excellent and that the food and drinks were really, really good! However, the overall service was! Absolutely everyone there was friendly, and went out of their way to make sure you had everything you needed and that you were having fun. The resort itself was phenomenal.

If we were to go again, I would actually rent a cabana by the Blue Waters pool for the stay - most of them can still see the beautiful Caribbean water (which is what I want to sit and stare at), but they are fully covered should there be rain.

Club Mobay is AWESOME when going through immigration. Just a fabulous service.

Hi Jennifer,

Well, our vacation was a fabulous success. Everything was perfect and we had a great time. Julie and I had zero issues or concerns. The service was incredible, the room was fabulous, and the food was pretty good. The resort staff was as friendly as they could be.

We would go back without hesitation (especially with Butler service, which was worth every penny). Everything from the accommodations, to the service (and the attitudes), to the beach and pools were better for us at Sandals. In addition, after speaking to a lot of other vacationers at the resort, we understand that this is one of the better Sandals locations.

Also, we booked a local tour of the Island for the day with "Island Man Taxi" owner Kurt. He was terrific. I would recommend him.

Thanks for all your help; it was a spectacular vacation.

We worked with Stephanie Lockhart on a trip celebrating our 20th anniversary with our kids joining us. We stayed at the Royalton in Punta Cana with their top notch Diamond Club, which includes butler service and exclusive areas of the resort. Food was very good, atmosphere and staff were great! We had the best room with a view in the resort, and we feel that is due to the hard work and the great relationships that the Tropical Travelers has built. You won't be disappointed!

IT WAS AWESOME! We had the best time. The place was great, the people very friendly, the food amazing, and the weather was perfect every day. I can't say enough about our trip and the day we spent at Dunn's River Falls was the highlight of the vacation. Thank you so much for setting it all up. We'll definitely ask you to help us again on our next trip.
