I wanted to say thank you very much to your team and yourself for everything that you did to make this vacation possible. This was my first time ever using a travel agent to plan a vacation and your company made this process so easy and less intimidating. Your reference of this hotel lived up to the hype. This resort was absolutely gorgeous and a tropical paradise dream. The staff there was absolutely so inviting, caring and wanted to make sure your experience there was absolutely top notch. The resort was very modern, clean and understood the basics of English to make communication very easy. We did the dolphin adventures, went to monkey land adventures and take a catamaran boat to Saona island (which was absolutely beautiful). The food at the resort had so many options to choose from even from picky eaters like myself. We utilized both sides of the Ziva and Zilara and both were absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel and would visit it again in a heart beat. Also would recommend your service to everyone and will utilize your services in the future. Thanks again for everything. Jenn, we cannot thank you enough for setting us up with what was one of our great family vacations we have had! Everything worked extremely well, the kids had a blast, and so did we. The resort was great, and your upgrade to diamond club was so very awesome, and not something we should get used to 🙂 We certainly owe you one big time. And this trip has expanded our horizons re: taking the kids on trips that were perhaps out of our old wheelhouse.

Hi Jennifer

The hotel was fantastic! The children and grandchildren had a terrific time.

The service was great, the transfers were seamless to and from the airport and everyone was wonderful. The worst thing we could say was that the hotel ran out of hot water at around 5 pm. We assumed everyone was showering for dinner. It recovered a few hours later, so it was such a mild inconvenience!

They had the COVID tests scheduled easily, and it only took an hour for the results. And ,of course, we had Elvis the butler who saw to every little thing we needed!

The kids spent a lot of time at the water slides, and even I went down a few runs!

What else can I say- it was a terrific trip!
